Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, reach out and we will help locate your order or send a replacement.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.
